Appointment & Cancellation Policy
In principle, cancellations are not possible if Climbing Psychology does not agree to this cancellation. Climbing Psychology can insist on the fulfilment of the contract.
The following cancellation policies have to be fulfilled in case of a cancellation by the client:
If you are prevented from attending a course/workshop/event or if the event can not be held by the organiser, please notify us in writing. If the order is cancelled with the consent of Climbing Psychology by the client more than 1 month before the event, Climbing Psychology will not charge any fees unless otherwise agreed. In this case, however, a processing fee of 100€ plus VAT is required.
In the case of cancellation less than 1 month before the event (date of receipt stamp or incoming mail), a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee plus VAT will be charged. Furthermore, Climbing Psychology is entitled to charge the client the actual incurred costs due to the cancellation if they exceed 50% of the fee plus VAT.
If cancelled less than two weeks before an event, 100% of the total fee plus VAT will be due. A cancellation on the day of the event, cancellation after the beginning of the event or no-show does not constitute a claim for a discounted or refunded fee. The non-use of individual units does not lead to a reduction of the total invoice amount.
Event Cancellation
Should the cancellation of an event on the part of Climbing Psychology become necessary due to force majeure (for example due to illness of the presenter), Climbing Psychology will offer replacement appointments or a substitute for the original event.
If no agreement is reached on the replacement date or the substitute, the payments already made by the client will be fully refunded. The customer explicitly waives any claims for compensation beyond this with respect to Climbing Psychology.
