Cooperations with Climbing Gyms

The biggest wall we have to climb is the one we build in our mind.

Climbing is not just about physical strength – it's also about the mind. How we focus, find motivation, and feel around others greatly influences our climbing experience. Working in a gym also has a unique set of psychological challenges – e.g. for your staff, it's where our work, social lives and hobbies mix into a single environment. We've been working with gyms, federations, and athletes for years to better understand and overcome their unique set of challenges.

Climbing Psychology offers a range of services that can help benefit your staff, your teamwork, and your community.

We offer gyms a free online meeting in which we will discuss your business goals and work together to see how we can help you grow in the climbing industry.

A free online meeting is great for your gym if:

✔️ You are interested in leveraging psychological techniques to improve staff productivity, team cohesion, and overall job satisfaction.

✔️ You aim to create a mentally stronger, happier and more productive gym environment.

✔️ You want to reduce staff turnover and manage stress during peak times or events.

✔️ You recognize the value of psychology and mental coaching, and its potential to increase your gym's revenue by improving the quality of your services and the satisfaction of your staff and/or members.

We are always looking forward to hearing from you and adapting our offers to your needs and wishes!

What you won’t get

No fluff — just the good stuff. We only share the proven frameworks and tools that have a track record of results.

No quick fixes. (The mind is a complex infrastructure and doesn't rewire overnight). There are so many different mental aspects to learn about as a coach and becoming mentally stronger is an on-going journey – for both you as a coach and your athletes. This is the start to becoming more aware of what you can do, what impact you have and how to foster both your athletes’ performance, enjoyment and well-being in climbing.

Our courses are designed to help you better understand your team. But learning and hearing about something is something completely different to applying it. The application of what you learn is up to you. We recommend you to reflect yourself on what you have learnt afterwards, so you can better implement your lessons learnt into your every day training.
